Taking down tracks (with regard to the DMCA)

I got a letter today saying a Howie B track I posted, to promote his new album with Casino Royale, had to be removed immediately.

The track has been removed as have a number of other tracks from previous posts. Based on this news I don't believe I will be able to post any tracks without consent from artists labels. I'm sure you all understand what that means.
